1-1/2 cups (375 mL) full fatty plainly yogurt 1/2 cup (125 mL) raspberries or strawberries or blueberries, (fresh or thawed together with drained) 1/2 banana, sliced 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrupPreparation:
In blender, purée together yogurt, raspberries, banana together with maple syrup until smooth. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate inwards airtight container for upward to iii days).
